..a blog, post, thread, article, video etc etc about something hateful or discriminating
against anything trans related then I suggest...

Don't read it, don't acknowledge it's existence... don't reply to it, don't watch it etc
etc.... all you do is feed it and if you do that... then it will just turn into exactly what it
sets out to achieve. A debate, a rift, an argument amongst people that would
otherwise talk about positive topics together in peace.

This is just a suggestion like I said, but it's becoming for too common to see such
things.. and what do people do about it? Throw another log on the fire. >_<

Walk away? ....focus on the positives of your life and your experience.
If you don't give them the attention they want then they will lose interest.

A little piece of me dies when I see good people throwing logs on nasty fires.

Muffin, you put into words what I've recently been telling myself I should do. You're so right!

At one point I realized that I had a chip on my shoulder and I was ready to open fire on anyone that challenged my opinion.
I don't remember how it turned out that way, really, other than to say that I had become intolerant..
I'm working on it, though....  even avoiding replying to the posts here that I find offensive.
