soooo i came out!
not to all three though, one of them got pretty sick. But i talked with the other two, and ... they were really relieved. they started imagining that i had really awful things to confess . Also they are really glad that we are two girls and two guys instead of one girl and three guys as they were expecting.
i expected there'd be a "so that's why!" reaction that i've had before, but that didn't come... well they did immediately accept that i'm girl and they are going to support me as best as they can. and told me that whenever i feel bad now i'll have all of them there so i'm no longer alone.

aaand now i've come out to the third. he basically just looked at me and said "yeah. okay. sure. yeah" They really all expected some really awful terrible thing, and were just surprised that it was something something that is just such a non-issue for them. None of them expected any of it though.
Also today we met the landlady to the house we're going to rent and at first she referred to me and the other girl as the "two ladies" and then she either looked at me again and noticed i looked more like a boy or just remembered that we had said that we were 3 guys and just 1 girl. yay
