Hey everyone, I'm Chris

I guess this is the part where I'm supposed to identify myself with some kind of label...mtf, cross-dresser, queer? I don't really like labels so I tend to just think of myself as 'trans.' Sexually, I think of myself as straight - that is, a girl attracted to boys (despite the fact that I happen to have a male body myself.)

It's only in the past year that I have had the courage to dress the way I really want, if only in private. I grew my hair out long and started getting rid of all that pesky body hair which has always bothered me. I've been so much happier ever since.

It's been a rollercoaster of a year. Anyway, I decided to join the forums to meet some other people like me, since I haven't been able to do that in real life. Glad to meet everyone, and can't wait to get some advice

  ....and welcome.  There's no need to label yourself if you don't want to. We've all been at a point when we weren't exactly sure where we stood.... or if we stood somewhere at all!

   You'll find lots of information here and some really nice people. I, for instance, met a few women here who turned out to be having SRS with the same surgeon during the same month.
