and it seems to be getting worse, since starting the girl juice I just feel even more tired than usual (I had swine flu a couple of years ago followed by something even nastier just last autumn and I've never gotten back 'normal' since then, before I started HRT.  I've also had a couple of days of 'seasonal flu' which were just short, sharp and nasty but went after a day each time.  Now I feel even more tired and sore after work, today was my shortest shift day and I'm just completely wiped out.  A sit down with a cuppa seems like too much effort right now, I especially feel sore in my arm and leg muscles, could it be due to shedding muscle mass?  I still try to get out for walks during my lunch breaks to try and get some form of excercise done as I'm far too shattered to get my bike outside never mind actually ride it around.  I'm starting to suspect that perhaps my prescribed dosage is a little severe, as I never felt anything like as bad as I do now when I was self medicating.

If this is affecting your daily activities this much, you should definitely go back and consult with your doctor about this.

I'm on Finasteride, not spiro, as my t-blocker, I did self medicate spiro once and would never voluntary use it again as it made me go to the loo every 2 hours day and night.  I am a little over weight, I tend to put weight on in the autum and winter and then lose it again in the spring and summer but since starting the hormones I'm too tired to do almost any excercise more than walking for 1/2 and hour or so during my lunch break so after a full day at work I'm unable to do much more than have a lie down

Currently VERY irritable like never before.
Was told to go of E for 2 weeks before SRS.
Ramped down from -dosage removed- Estro-Pause to nothing over 6 weeks period.
Only doing -dosage removed- Finasteride right now.
By now very dyslexic  and pretty tired but not much sleep.
Try to figure out what to do since Dr. Sanguan not responding either.
Any one know these symptoms...
Still one more week to go.
This is getting pretty nasty.

Women are more prone to anemia.
Testosterone makes the bone marrow generate more red blood cells.
Of course your basic blood test will tell you your red blood cell count.

My first month / month and half I was very very tired (e and spiro). All I could do was sleep all the time. But after that I got over it and energy returned. So... maybe it is just a temporary thing.
It may come and go.  In my case, even when I was sluggish at times with the same HRT, I was able to do things that my experience with the anti-depressants wouldn't allow me to do under those conditons.  I just came back over a 2 days and nights full court press at a site where I helped put up a building and did 2 all-night observing.  I managed to put away all of my gawky equipment, some over 50 lbs, up a mini staircase from my pick-up while groggy from the exhaustion by this experience.  This would not happen at all on those anti-depressants.  Without the anti-depressants and HRT, about 80% of the time here.  Depends on the person.

I am feeling much better this week, it really was alomost like someone had reconnected the power supply as I just woke up the other day just feeling so much more energetic and full of busy, maybe it was long lazy monday where I literally did nothing but sit and read but on the tuesday I was like a woman on a mission and even two days later I'm still feeling more energetic and feel capable of doing more, maybe its because I started doing caffeine free coffee?  I am a serious coffee drinker, but I have to give up the caffeine and now that's been done maybe it's working or I'm just getting more used to the e-juice.  My nipples are very tender now and my ass is really starting to expand, I've had to go up a size with my knickers, as they're a little too tight now around the seat.

I feel wiped out too.  I lost my last script for adderall and have had to go without it. It seems that all I can do is lay around after being gone to work for 11 hours. It sucks becase I have a lot of stuff I really need to be doing! Oh well, I get my refill next friday! :-)
