Breast reduction and top surgery?

Ok, I'm huge and I hate it. I don't know if transition is for me so I plan on getting a breast reduction hopefully in the near future. I was wondering if I do decide to do top surgery would it be an issue? I do plan on talking to the surgeon too. Have any of you dudes had it?
