The bigger I got on top the smaller t got down below. It is impossible to use a urinal been so for years.

With nothing to see below I can wear any female clothes and it has been the only thing that has kept me sane while I wait for the op. Not a clue how much is available for the surgery, it will be what it is. And i am not holding my breath for it to ever happen

Decided it was a waste to go to the unit today, washed the work gear, vac and dusted and then made a Gobi Aloo followed by a dry veg curry. That has used up the veg in my fridge while still fresh. Found a recipe for the asparagus in my air fryer book so that and a fish cake for dinner.

My answer is No! My reality is, yes :(  I am stuck in limbo awaiting whether I proceed or give up .. all to accommodate someone else's opinion of what I need.

Nice but I have to dice mine to go in a curry! Made a cauliflower and potato curry (Gobi Aloo) this morning. Now that would be a nice tasty one for you to try.

Quote from: Jessica_K on Today at 02:35:21 AMAbsolutely resounding NO, NO, NO.

The older I get the more I want the surgery and closer and closer I get to not getting it. And the harder it gets to live without it.....

THIS. Exactly.

Quote from: davina61 on Today at 03:10:15 AMNothing cuts you more than a blunt knife (due to it slipping), I have some Sabatier knives but you have to keep them sharp. I use a tool with a deburring stone, sharpener and hone in 3 slots that is a lot safer to use. My thumb still has a patch from slicing it on the Mandolin as well ! Worse thing I find is pealing a butternut squash or pumpkin/gourd, very tough skin. Slicing I have nicked my nails doing the cheffy thing of holding with finger tips and running the blade down fingers . TBH I find it more dangerous cooking than working in my workshop with grinders, metal shears and welders!!

While I can totally relate to working with squash/gourds... I will take your word for the very impressive and intimidating skill of metal work!

By the way - we've eaten spaghetti squash a bunch of times in the past six months, after avoiding it for quite a long time because of how difficult it is to work with. But then I saw this little procedure that worked like a champ!

1. Pierce the squash all over with a fork.
2. Microwave for 3-4 minutes (length based on size of squash)
3. Squash should just be starting to excrete white sticky sugar protein. It's fine but don't get it on your clothes!
4. The squash should now be MUCH easier to cut in half, lengthwise.
5. Dig out the seeds, place face down in a baking dish, add 1 inch of water and cover with microwave safe wrap.
6. Microwave for 7-8 minutes.
7. Scoop out spaghetti squash with a fork.

We used to do all this in the oven and it took like 45 minutes!

yeah, pretty much an innie. For the most part, nothing shows on the outside of the body.

As for elasticity, yes, the skin is still viable for surgery. I have a prep note for surgery center that recommends moisturizing and stretching massage to help it be retained. From personal experience, I can tell you that you can get stretch marks, with the accompanying sore and pain before. It's no fun, so, keep things fresh down there.

My male member has shrunk to an inch or less. I was concerned about the same thing but my surgeon assured me there is plenty of skin for the full depth procedure.
