But the only way to make that happen is to practice until it becomes a habit. I go for a short walk four or five times a day. I practice. I don't always get it right, but I am getting more comfortable with it so it is almost automatic. Then my blonde scatterbrain kicks in ...

Today I had a pastrami sandwich when I meet my sweetie for an early dinner. She had to work late so we met at a deli and got to eat and talk for just under a half hour before her returning to work.
On Sunday I ate a coupon providing free medium pizza. It was not worth it. Well, as it was free, I guess it is correct to say it was worth nothing. At least, it was nothing special. You can tell that I am not a fan of that pizza.
