Sunday I ate spaghetti with meatballs and sauce.  Plus Parmesan cheese and garlic bread too.  The garlic bread had melted cheese.  Very yummy and warm.

I am no cook. I have no interest in cooking except that it is usually a prerequisite to eating, which I do daily. That said, I occasionally experiment with whatever is leftover in the fridge/freezer. Also occasionally, but much more rarely I hit upon something that doesn't involve standing over the stove for hours, AND is edible.  ;D

Tonight is one of those. I call it Potatoes O'Lori. It is just Potatoes O'Brien cooked in a skillet. When almost done, add eggs and scramble it all together until done. Throw it on a plate, top it with shredded cheese, chunky salsa (NOT picante sauce), a dollop of sour cream, and/or guacamole or whatever suits your fancy.

Now I'm starving again, so better get to it.  ;D

Maybe the journey isn't so much about becoming anything.
Maybe it's about un-becoming everything that isn't really you,
so you can be who you were meant to be in the first place.

I did not eat much in the way of food last evening.
While visiting my sweetie she and I ate nachos and cheese during a basketball playoff game.

On the way home I stopped to get a few boneless chicken breast meat tenders.
I have been munching on some as I have been typing and reading posts.

The honey barbecue sauce I bought at the supermarket is quite good with these tenders.

I saved four chicken tenders as leftovers.

Do you think they may be reheated and taste okay tomorrow or Thursday?

I am striving to skip one meal a day for a little while.  Today I am skipping my evening meal.  If I get really hungry I will not skip a meal though.  I am sensible!

Looks like a national burger chain is going to be selling doughnuts from a national doughnut chain as they make a nationwide rollout of doughnuts for sale all day long while supplies last.

I have been eating fewer burgers, fewer doughnuts, and far less fast food.

The price of fast food, as well as doughnuts, seems to be getting out of hand.

I might as well go to a nicer restaurant when I do go out.

I just got back from the VA for a Transgender Support Group meeting and haven't even thought about dinner. But you had me at "doughnuts".
