In my opinion, you will only stop being trans if you decide to detransition.

The answer is simply NO, you cannot be cisgender and transgender period. If you are one you are effectively not the other. Very simple.

Had a nice chilli with rice and garlic bread for lunch at the pub, was nice to dress up and go out. Fancied something pudding/cake for dinner so made up my own mix, flour, demerara sugar, margarine , 2 eggs , spot of milk and some end of tin treacle that had turned sugary. Hit it with the hand mixer and added most of a pack of chopped up dried dates. Thought I would try my new silicon dish in the air fryer to cook it, 45mins at 160 and top was done but still raw in middle so gave it 10 more mins. Still not done so tried to flip it over, broke up so put the bits in upside down and gave them a few mins. Came out great and tasty. Would be nice with some yogurt.

Nope, never have and no desire to. While I may wish for better shape than I have, what I have is me. ¿Fortunately? I attract enough attention without them.

It definitely gives me a 'fake' feeling. The most I do is thin silicone pasties because I hate bras and sometimes the headlights need dimmed.

If someone else wears them to feel better about themselves, that's for them to decide.

We Believe Everyone Deserves Access to Healthcare
Elevated Access Website

Our volunteer pilots transport passengers at no cost to access the healthcare they need.

Elevated Access was launched in 2022 in response to the extreme healthcare bans being enacted in state legislatures.

We are a non-profit organization that enables people to access healthcare by providing flights on private planes at no cost. Our volunteer pilot network transports clients seeking abortion or gender-affirming care across the United States.

We enable individuals to access essential healthcare through private and commercial aviation. Our network of volunteer pilots are matched with and provide transportation for passengers and resources to aid people in need of reproductive or gender-affirming care. We do this through careful coordination with organizational partners and logistical coordinators.

We look at the big picture of gender-affirming care and recognize that each person's care needs are different.

Our team is here to answer your questions and help get you connected with the support you need, whether that's travel assistance through us or other services through one of our partner organizations.

We encourage you to check in with your local support organizations to see if they are able to refer you to our pilot network. If they are not, please reach out.

@Gina P
Dear Gina:

I hate to "break it" to you....
...but as one gets older their spine compresses, so it is just not only the HRT.

In a MTF transition journey it is NOT necessarily an unwelcome development.
