Nope, never have and no desire to. While I may wish for better shape than I have, what I have is me. ¿Fortunately? I attract enough attention without them.

It definitely gives me a 'fake' feeling. The most I do is thin silicone pasties because I hate bras and sometimes the headlights need dimmed.

If someone else wears them to feel better about themselves, that's for them to decide.

We Believe Everyone Deserves Access to Healthcare
Elevated Access Website

Our volunteer pilots transport passengers at no cost to access the healthcare they need.

Elevated Access was launched in 2022 in response to the extreme healthcare bans being enacted in state legislatures.

We are a non-profit organization that enables people to access healthcare by providing flights on private planes at no cost. Our volunteer pilot network transports clients seeking abortion or gender-affirming care across the United States.

We enable individuals to access essential healthcare through private and commercial aviation. Our network of volunteer pilots are matched with and provide transportation for passengers and resources to aid people in need of reproductive or gender-affirming care. We do this through careful coordination with organizational partners and logistical coordinators.

We look at the big picture of gender-affirming care and recognize that each person's care needs are different.

Our team is here to answer your questions and help get you connected with the support you need, whether that's travel assistance through us or other services through one of our partner organizations.

We encourage you to check in with your local support organizations to see if they are able to refer you to our pilot network. If they are not, please reach out.

Dear Gina:

I hate to "break it" to you....
...but as one gets older their spine compresses, so it is just not only the HRT.

In a MTF transition journey it is NOT necessarily an unwelcome development.

Quote from: imallie on Today at 09:15:08 AMTwo little wonderful things.

One of my sisters called in the morning yesterday. She started by asking how things went with my wife's family and then I told her about my friends and she asked about that ... and when we talked and laughed for 15 minutes about our regular stupid stuff.

And then this morning, one of my friends called. We normally speak every day. But we spoke last week after the note (it was a great call) and then he was traveling for work the rest of the week. So today we just chatted for 15 minutes ... and it was same old, same old. Which was pretty great.

Very cool! Happy for you!

It took me a long time to realize I spent way too much time constructing complicated ways things can go wrong. At least a part of that "wait wait! what will I do when it goes south" energy is way better spent manifesting positive outcomes. Transition's a leap of faith at times. Might as well plan to land on your feet.

Go Allie Go! You got this!
