Quote from: bread on April 20, 2024, 08:12:19 PMFor me, it's Starbucks coffee. The best caffinated beverage. I even ask for extra cream packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige.
One time I asked for cream packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly Starbucks worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!".
Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local Starbucks cafè, I go there at least 3 times a week for morning coffee or a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once in the evening when I'm in a rush but want a great coffee that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily caffeine needs.
I even drink my coffee in the middle of a hot summer afternoon, it's delicious! What a great cafè.

Quote from: fair_in_height on April 21, 2024, 06:55:56 PM@breadI lift free weights, legs only, three days a week and squeeze in abs in between days. I do three sets of 8 to 10 reps of squats, hip thrusts, calf raises, and weighted roman chair. I increase weight and start at 8 reps, then I increase one rep each successive day until I reach 10 then increase weight.
240 is really impressive! What routine have you been doing? I've been looking at getting into squats!

i think if i needed to survive in a survival situation i'd not eat rocks i'd try to find food
i think i could probably find some snails or a coconut for example
my consumption of rocks was purely for fun but my dentist told me to stop
