I had to fight with the insurance company to replace the generic estrogen.  My endocrinologist was a great help.

I finally took my kayak down to the ocean this morning.  I have been lazy with the heat wave we have had.  It was great to be out on the water and destressing.  It helps to know the tides or the workout will be way more exhausting...or I'll wind up in Ireland.

Congratulations on the weigh loss Davina!!!  Nice job!

Chrissy there are some age-appropriate dresses.  I found some on AMAZON.  My favorite is any dress with pockets.

I have had that problem with push-ups or padded bras. They "insulate" and so retain the heat. Nice in winter, but in summer not so much.

I have some bras that are almost like lingerie that I wear. They are sheer and lightweight. The downside is that they can make nipples more visible, since there is no padding to keep them under control. Wearing a baggy top can hide that, but I have discovered that most people either don't notice or don't care.

While moving, I wore tighter, lightweight tops that were comfortable for the long drive. Perhaps the perception is that when it is hot, it doesn't matter. I prefer to dress more conservatively, but I had no stares, and I was cool and comfortable.

My wife was quite helpful as we talked about everything.  We set ground rules on what I could do before having another talk.  Dressing was OK but we needed to have another talk if I were to go on HRT.

Wow. Beautiful place, Gina. I have always loved a log home nestled in the woods. If it had a gold-bearing stream running through the property, it would be my "heaven on earth".

Safe travels on your trip!

With the warm weather, I've been finding that I have been getting overheated from my bras, and I wonder if others have similar incidents and how the keep cool wearing bras.

For me I'm getting the Bariatric weight loss surgery before getting GRS or any other surgery because your BMI needs to be at a certain level before they'll consider GRS.  So I need to get my weight down from its 440lbs to something closer to 250-350 range (I'm 6'7", so I'll never be 150 because the doctors have told me that anything under 210 and I'd be anorexic or be at too low a weight to survive because of my height).  But before GRS, I definitely need to get my weight down.

I did ask about staging or putting furniture in the house. The realtor thought it was fine as is. If you would like to see the listing go to, https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/1033-Marble-Hill-Rd-Phillipsburg-NJ-08865/208599298_zpid/
Photographer even photo shopped a fire in the wood stove.
Fixed a door jamb yesterday, that I had kicked in years ago before transitioning. Hopefully that will be the last one.
I'm off to WV again on Tuesday, to take another load and get the grass cut. Have a great week all.

Another thing about autism, we can get quite literal.

Thinking about Mork and Mindy, the episode where he lays an giant egg. After laying the egg, he now has a belly button.

The doctor took my egg from my bladder and gave me a second belly button, just under the first one.

15mile round trip to get fuel and see how the Austin behaves this morning, daily on mums drive. She drove me down to the workshop to collect my car, 3000 rpm and slipping clutch to pull away as she wont wear her earing aids. Everything is so load, NO I said that is what it should be like as you have been deaf so long your brain needs to adjust. You need to wear them all the time.
Anyway Austin in the carpark at home and happy enough how it drives, having a lazy afternoon to recover from the heat. Down to 220lb this morning, 8lb lost.
