My name is Jeremy/Jerika and I am MTF. I am 22 and I am "married" to my husband Nathan, we have been together for 3 years and walked down the isle this past January. Nathan is supportive of me 99% of the time. My mom, younger sister, and a few close friends plus 2 (possibly 3) of my superiors know. Work was a big can of worms, a boss asked me is a would sleep with someone who was a "trans" and was just purposely trying to get a rise out of me. A few weeks later after constant harassment from that bosses girlfriend (who happens to be on the same level in my department as I was at the time) I had to go to the highest boss in my building and explain the situation and said boss was written up for sexual harassment and I was assured that the next time anything like that happened that there would be further reprimands taken against him. I am now in a different part of the same department and have minimal interaction with the two and am very happy with my current job code and will possibly be receiving a raise which is a big deal because my company enacted a pay freeze and no one at my level has received a raise in over 5 years now. I started to see a therapist once a week a 2 weeks ago and am on the road to getting a letter to start HRT. I have surprisingly good insurance which is paying 100% for therapy, Drs visits, and scripts. Which is good because I have run into some health issues and will be having to have multiple surgeries.

Well I just got home from the Dr, and the verdict is for sure surgery........ I have an intramuscular benign tumor in my back and bone shards in my knee joint. Its kinda stressful because my insurance is not wanting to do a co-surgery so that means going under twice and even longer out of work. With all the bad news Ive gotten for the Drs the past few weeks I really do not wanna go to the Dermatologist on Monday because i do not know how much more bad medical news I can take with out flipping out!!
