Title: What would the scarring look like?

I never identified female but anyway one thing that always bothered me was this scar. It was there for as far back as I can remember it used to be much more noticeable and has lightened over the years but still there and still makes me wonder. It starts a lil below my belly button and goes almost all the way down. I recently asked my mom who said no but quickly changed topics very suspiciously. I know if given the choice she would've chosen a girl so her reaction makes me more curious. What would be ways to know for sure?
