A small lesbian owned company named OutWear was recently attacked with vicious intent for adding a line of Womyn Born Womyn (WBW) products designed specifically for women attending the Michigan Womyn's Music Festival (MichFest).
While some of those who champion the phrase Womyn Born Womyn are extremely transphobic, they are a very small number and tended to attack other lesbians for failing lesbian purity tests (e.g., if a lesbian had ever had a relationship with a man).
The term WBW has no inherent transphobic meaning unless you buy into the idea that anyone who puts on a pair of panties and decides that makes them a woman is not out and out insane by any reasonable standards. However, the ->-bleeped-<-s have become quite vocal about any perceived questioning of their delusional woman identified penis people invasions of woman only space

QuoteHow is this different that what Janice Raymond did to Olympia Records in the seventies?
Should be Olivia Records. One would think authors at a supposed scientific site would take the time to actually check facts and edit articles.
