So I started HRT yesterday! so excited!, just wanted to post here and tell the world!
Hope everyone is well!
Anyone got any advice for documenting the changes as they happen, was thinking of a photo each week and a seperate diary.

Congratulations, well a photo each week may be too much and end up being disappointed if you don't see any changes from week to week, so I would suggest one photo a month, and maybe the diary a weekly update of the way you feel and any changes in your mood or how you are feeling. This is going to be my plan once I get started on the hrt, but I still got to find a therapist yet.

I came across a site for a place that provides transgender services (so I won't link to it) but which had a useful image as a suggestion of measurements to keep track of to see how your body shape is changing:

Congrats Sarah :) Why not keep a journal that includes pictures? You can put it all on your computer and print it out as you feel like
