Susan's Place Transgender Resources

So, I ordered a STP packer from Tuboq over a month ago and never received it.  I tried emailing customer support 3 times and never got a response.  I recently filed a dispute with Paypal, and plan to escalate it to a claim if they don't respond within the next week.  Has anyone successfully (or unsuccessfully) dealt with them recently?  I'm hoping that they're just busy with pride events or something and are backed up with orders, rather than defunct.   If I get my money back, I think I'll just spring for the Peecock.

I have spoken to the guy that runs tuboq in the past. I could try messaging him, but I won't guarantee a response. What I thought was odd was that on the site (or maybe it was elsewhere) he said that the products on the site would still be sold, and he would still be there for the trans community even after surgery (he had bottom surgery maybe 6 or 7 months ago).

Anyways, I'll see what I can do.

Thanks a ton, Nygeel!  You know, awhile back the site wasn't functioning at all, the cart system was messed up and the contact forms just gave me script errors.  I wondered then if the owner hadn't moved on and just neglected to take the site down.  I'd rather have the packer, obviously, but I imagine if he's just not paying any attention to orders or emails, the payment is probably still sitting unclaimed in his Paypal account, so it'd probably be refunded if I filed a claim.   Scam/fraud didn't really occur to me so much as the possibility that the site was just no longer in active business.

The prices on the packers there...they're outrageous!  $375.00 for a small?  $479.99 for a medium  $589.99 for a large?  And all of the pictures look the same, like the Mr. Right.  Which only comes in one size...wtf??

As tuboq was not solely ran and owned by myself. If they have not received orders then they need to contact directly the site owner as I said I no longer have access or a part in tuboq."

So, there's somebody else running the site and he has no idea what's going on.

Uh, that's not what I paid. LOL.  They changed that since I ordered, I paid like $79.99 for the small one, ha.  Clearly they've changed it so that no one would dare order, but why not just shut the site down?  Hilarious.

Oh dear, I thought as much.  Well, thanks for the info!  I don't suppose I'm going to get a response then from whoever owns the site now, so I might as well go ahead and escalate it to a claim.  Thanks again!

I know it is abit late in replying to this topic, but I happened to be researching on that company after reading someone's post about tuboq.   you are not alone that you never got your order at all.   I would like to warn everyone about this company. 
I wonder if paypal ruled in favor of you and refunded you?   
I hope you have gotten your money back by now.
