OH MY looks like another petition that will be stuffed at me the next time I go to the market. I promise the world I will not snatch it out of the circulator's hand and stuff it up his gesundheit, no matter how much I will feel like it. After all its an economic stimulus item, since the circulators get a buck a signature for doing it. The California legislature has done a very good thing here, but our "Initiative and Referendum" system is being badly corrupted by people who do not get the idea that our votes for the legislators who make these laws get taken care of the next time they are elected, not when the person votes on an unpopular law to the far-righties.
