Since I've been going to FTM sites and following this forum I've found that I am becoming increasingly attracted to other FTMs. Before, I would date girls (any kind, stereotype, blah blah). But, now I see a girl that's been on T for a while and I am instantly attracted. Has this happened with anyone else?

Not me. I'm attracted to bioguys and only bioguys. I would be okay with dating another FtM since he would be a guy, but there would be no sex or intimate touching whatsoever, so it would never be a long-term, serious relationship(serious in this case meaning sexual).

Edit: I do think that because of my anatomical difficulties, I would have to end up with a bisexual cis-male.

I can relate to this. I'm MTF and I'm attracted to other MTFs as well as ciswomen.

No, I don't find FTMs particularly attractive just because they are FTMs.

Are you interested in androgynes, perhaps? I'm not sure what you mean by "a while," but a lot of guys who have been on T for a few months are still fairly androgynous-looking.

I know a guy who only into girls or ftm, and his ex boyfriend where also a ftm.

I prefern ftm, have been attracted/in love with a couple, of ftm in my life and I think they are the best mix for me to be into.

I think it generally because ftm got alot of the good points of both sides.
Im into guys and girls, but for girls I prefern them alittle maculine and to males well yeah also normal maculine but not nessesarry macho.
most ftm got this maculine thing about them, and still they have kinda gently features who often makes people look really handsome.
also when I am bisexual I am most into the females lower part and most into the males upper body, wich some ftm tend to have.

well this is for look but I think the biggest thing for me is actually the person,
I think its nice to have someone understanding you, and ftm pretty much always understands you in some point and what your going throght without putting up to many questions or ignorant felling wich can be a pretty big turn off.

I've always thought of FtMs as being attractive,
For one, I do like androgenous looking men, which a lot of FtMs are - especially at first or even after several months of T. But I also like the fact that they can relate to me and I can relate to them. I'm freaked out about being intimate with a cis-man because they'll never understand my dysphoria - but another transguy would definitely know how I feel about my lady-parts.

I'm attracted to trans men and cis men.  If it were a perfect world where no one was transphobic, I'd be more into cis men for one night stands since I do like cis men's penises.  For a long term relationship, I'd prefer a trans man because we've been through a common experience, and I know that he must be a bad a** to have survived.  Realistically, cis gay men aren't usually interested in me for one night stands or relationships, and I haven't met another gay or bi trans man yet (not that I've really tried either- I'm still getting over a difficult break up,) so this is mostly hypothetical.

I don't get this.  Are you calling FTMs girls?  Because we most certainly are not girls.

also because I am afraid of semen, and ftm's are men with no semen.. if that makes sence

I like guys.  In the beginning, I didn't think I could be with another FTM because, especially in the beginning of transition, they look too female.  they have female parts.  and even though so do I, I just couldn't be with female parts.
But then, the more I see FTM, on youtube or on the forum, the more I start to really see them as guys, and forget what kind of parts they have. 

And actually now, even though I'm still attracted to male parts, I think I would prefer to be in a relationship with another FTM.  because a FTM I could relate to and could relate to me.  I think it would work well.  as well as being attracted to one. :)

im mostly attracted to girls but i occasionally get crushes on ftms or guys, but mostly their personalities im not really physically attracted to ftms or guys. also i think i like ftms and the idea of dating an ftm because they know what im going through and they can relate.

I've been around a couple of really cute ones, I actually kinda want to date one, myself. A dude's a dude, some are hot  ;)

(Probably didn't think you'd get a bunch of MTF's professing their love of FTM's, huh?)

I have always been attracted to men only. I don't like female parts at all. But, a lot of FTM's are seriously cute, which makes me think it must take some aspect of the feminine to make a really good looking man.

I'm gay and my boyfriend and I are both FtM.  I'm not attracted to him because he's FtM but because he's awesome and we have a lot in common (excluding trans stuff).  I'm never attracted to FtMs because they are FtM, just attracted to all kinds of guys.

I personally have found myself drawn to other FTMs on a regular basis. I'm not exactly where I want to be yet (gettin there!), but I have been told by many that despite my sexual orientation being gay, I am often read as straight. I was confused by this and asked why. All the FTMs I've spoken to have said that I come off as very masculine, almost a mans man type. So even though I'm short (only 5'2''), I'm read as this slightly intimidating straight man. Lol Couldn't be further from the truth! I have often wondered if being physical with another FTM would throw me off, but have found in my experience that my brain does not register anything about a fellow FTM as different from a regular male- besides the usual above average rate of attractiveness!

I am attracted to FtM, but if we take away the person, the reason for my attraction is mostly due to their success in transitioning, kinda I want what they have achieved already kind of attraction.

however FTM or MTF, crossdressers and anything else under the rainbow is not an issue for me, if I like a person I like a person regardless of their gender. thats my theory atleast, but so far I have not done well with straight men and I'm not sure I could ever be with one again

As long as a guy's masculine-looking and preferably big and hairy, I'm not fussy!  :D  I am quite impressed by the amount of hot ftm bears out there, actually!

I would have to sound sort of weird here on this subject.. but here I go;

I consider myself "gay" and "male" ....I think a lot of FTM dudes are hot... I'd totally consider being with a post op trans man... for sure. THis, being hypocritical on my part, since I haven't even been on T or anything yet... I am totally not what I'd want physcially.. SO it'd be sort of unfair for me to target that.. This being, I'd think about another trans dude as a friend, and maybe more, but it'd be difficult to sustain a relationship unless there was only a penis down there. (being as I am not attracted to girl parts whatsoever-- including my own) As far as men who were born male, I am instinctively attracted to feminine men, gay or bi or hetero(whether born as, or completely transitioned)... just like a gay man would be. I really like anal play, and I am not ashamed to say so... Of course vaginal sex is good, but when a guy is going down, I always get sort of uncomfortable no matter how good it feels... because I feel that its not my body. If it were a perfect world, I'd be able to get surgery and date the kind of men I really want to, and have the kind of sex I desire...but money is of course the one thing that will always hold me back. That being, I am hypocritically (in my opinion) stating, if a trans guy has gone thru with surgery and wanted me, I'd do it... just as likely as if a male born male wanted me...

I like masculine men.  Trans men are men.  So I'm potentially attracted to masculine trans men.

No. I only am attracted females and genderqueers. I have never found a male bio or trans attractive.

If I ever did I suppose I would give him a chance if you like a person you like a person and it shouldn't matter.

I see the annoying point but on the other hand I am also got alittle trans-fetish, and I kinda like the fact people are into what I got..

the thing is, if people still seeing me as a women but fetish the part of me being boyish, then its a NO-go!

It's usually people making assumptions on my experiences as a trans person. Seeing me as man lite, or some sort of butch. Also, these people are usually very big into vagina and think "a guy with a vag? That's soooo hot!" There's also the whole best of both worlds thing...dun like it.

being a guy with a vag dosen't concern me more than any other fetish statements, but people who think it as in a girly way, that I can satifie there needs as having a girl body, and the spirit of a young guy, no way..

Yep. My experiences were specifically with lesbian women who sort of treated trans men as butch + which I know a lot of gay trans men might not be able to relate to. In getting to know cis gay guys (split between curiosity and my need to get laid) there seems to be a lean of bisexual and "I'm straight, married and want to have sex with men" types that want to hook up with trans men. Either because they feel the equipment is familiar...or it's somehow "less gay" oooooor...something. With lesbians the idea is usually "all trans men are better men because they try harder to be men and they have the sensitivity that comes with being a person with a vag...oh and they're all tops, stone, dominant in bed."

the longer I've been on T, the more I prefer FTMs over bio-guys.  But I initially wasn't attracted to ftms at all

I'm attracted to everyone, in a type of non-sexual way. I think a lot of men are hot or cute, and a lot of woman are too.

But sexually? Not my piece of cake.

I too am finding myself attracted to other ftms.  Relationship-wise I don't find myself attracted to cismen because I would always be so jealous in the relationship.  Still, I find myself attracted to cis and transwomen.

Most of us don't identify as female, therefore we're not "girls".
To me, this is almost like you might refer to a Pre-T transguy as a "she" in this context...although I'm hoping you wouldn't do something like that.
I kind of saw this terminology and was a bit thrown off by it.

i'm attracted to guys so yes i'm attracted to ftms but not because they're ftm (if you catch my drift)
