Title: My Day Is Made.

I've had my day made, lol.
I may even have had it made, sanded, polished and varnished.
A regular customer came into the bingo today and said to me, 'You know, when you were calling the bingo yesterday, there was this bloke sat behind us, and he kept saying, "I can't understand that caller. I really can't understand him. I can't understand a word he's saying," and I wanted to say, can't you see she's a girl?!'
I'm actually gobsmacked - that someone took me for a boy even though I was calling in my natural, rather high voice through the microphone. It eclipses the critique of my calling clarity entirely :)

I'm not sure how you present but I would have told your regular customer that you were actually boy.
That complaining dude was right and she was wrong. Oh and congrats to you! ;)
