Title: June Cleaver

Sometimes I get all dressed up for the day, make myself pretty, and go on about my business at home. If I need to do the dishes I do the dishes (cleaning, etc...). My wife is very supportive of my dressing and doesn't mind. However when she comes home and sees me all dressed up and <insert domestic activity here> she chuckles and says I look like June Cleaver. I think she is laughing at me because she thinks that I got dressed up so that I can cook, clean, etc, whatever. I don't mind being compared to June Cleaver at all(I take it as a compliment actually). I think though that her reaction makes me feel like she is laughing/chuckling at ME, and is a little disconcerting.

Thanks V M
I do mostly take it as a compliment. It's just that twinge of pain that comes around with the chuckle. Looks like I can chalk it up to my hypersensitivity working overtime.
