Im new I dont know how to put a picture on my profile can anyone help

You can do that once you've reached 15 posts.

Hi Bella, and welcome to Susan's! We're a diverse and friendly bunch here (the head count is over 8000) - get into things as slowly or as quickly as you feel comfortable, I'm sure you'll find plenty of support here.
Do tell us something about yourself when you feel ready to :). Yes, you'll be able to edit your profile, and post links and photos and all that, once you reach 15 posts - we do this to weed out the spambots that sometimes register here ::) :).
