Title: Wearing women's jackets (as a guy)

Question/concern of mine that's been on my mind for a while now.
If you've seen my pictures, you'll probably realize I'm into gothy-type stuff. I've got a knee-length mini trench that I love dearly and wear constantly, but it's a ladies' jacket. For the most part, I don't care. It covers my chest perfectly, it's just light enough, and I just absolutely love jackets.
I just get a little paranoid that it's making me look like some kind of weird girl with sporadic facial hair or something.
I'm also in the (dim) hopes of getting more jackets, and going back to wearing more gothy stuff because I damn well feel like it. Problem is, it's impossible (at least so far) for me to find mens' jackets of that variety that aren't either incredibly expensive, too small for my fat ass, or both combined.
Agh, this has turned into a bit of a rant.
tl;dr, do you guys think it would seriously screw me over to wear womens' jackets? Does anyone have a good site or sites to share where I could find some good stuff that I won't need to sell my liver to buy?

Not unless you wear some sort of bright pink one decorated with symbols of friendship and rainbows. From my perspective I don't think anyone would notice. ^.^

Lol, I don't see that happening any time.
Thanks, Trista.

you're fine. When I was in my 'Heavy Metal' phase I had a women's full length leather duster coat and no one cared if it was a woman's coat. it's just a coat. Unless you're going to wear something extremely and obviously feminine of course. But from you Avatar, I cant see that being the case. ;)

Sweet. Thanks, guys. It's something that my mom notices, but she's OCD nitpicky about weird things. She bought me a jacket recently and was so proud to tell me "I wasn't sure what size you were in mens, but I just hoped for the best and tried to give you room for...y'know, those". It's not something I'd pick out myself, but it's ridiculously comfy and it was really, really sweet of her.
Sorry for the digression, lol.
