Title: Phone sex, or how to talk inside a doona

Some people think I'm strange I never know why.
Things happen.
A doona in Australia is that comfy top covering to the bed. I like mine and I like to change the bedding weekly, I love colourful doona covers, matching pillows and even matching nighties. Makes me feel good.
How do you get a doona into the cover? Well I have system. I grab the corners of the doona by hand and the middle in my mouth and the crawl into the cover. Works for me :embarrassed:.
I'm on call, as a medic, that means my mobile/cell phone can go of at any time and I have to answer. so I carry the thing around. It is voice activated.
Changing my bedding I place my phone on the bed side table and start to put on my new cover. I'm crawling into the cover holding the corners and having the center in my mouth.
The phone goes off.
"I urgently need to contact Dr X. " So I reply. MMMMff, forgetting I have a mouth full of doona, crawling in bed and covered by a rather nice printed cover. What is that noise are you ok? Asks the receptionists. Oh, these people are not receptionists they deal with 000 or 911 calls. So they ask questions. Are you OK sir (OK ignore the trans stuff() Yes I'm fine just changing the bedding, spitting the doona out of my mouth lying spread-eagled on the bed inside the doona cover. You sound muffled are you OK? Yes I'm fine I'm inside a doona cover, trying to crawl out and leave the doona in place.
So you are in some sort of bondage situation? Are you in danger? No I'm changing the bed clothes. That doesn't sound right are you sure. Yes.
I go to the call. I'm looked at by a very, very suspicious receptionist.
Another day.
