so, srs is not a huge thing i have to do. i just feel like i would benefit from it in the long run if i did it, but i don't feel like it's paramount to my transition as far as living as female. the thing i'm noticing is that my penis is progressively getting smaller. since i've been on anti androgens for well over a year, and estrogen well over a year, it's lost volume, gotten a little shorter in length. my concern is that i may be unable to do srs if all of what i have is shrinking.

Yes it does that. I think it's because you have less erections and they're less powerful so the muscle doesn't get worked. If you plan on having srs at some point it's worth stretching it once or twice a day with your hand to keep some length. Kind of like inverse dilation...

   With the current techniques they have now for SRS you don't need to masturbate or "stretch" it in any way for better length, that's just a another ts urban myth lol.  :D

smaller makes it less annoying  :o

I also have been for over a year and the penis is so small that I do not need to tuck it in, So happy !!!!

I notice girls who have no sex life report substantial shrinkage. I am sexually active with my spouse at least twice a month, and I have almost no loss of donor material. Infact...since I had my orchi I think I have actually increased a tad down there....

The human body takes 7 years to rebuild every cell. The cells are there they are just smaller.. don't worry be happy ..

Been on hrt two years and it seems to be a daily party down there. The penis died for like a year... Now it's back in action.

I've heard this here before, but the thing is the body is made up of various types of tissues that have their own differing cycles of reproduction.  Some cells just don't.

Even that can be attributed to the simple fact that to.... ahem.... determine the dimensions, really needed a lot more work and dedication then I was willing to supply.

I have been on HRT for 2 years, I am post orchi 6 months and I could still 'top' if I so chose too.

If you really want to make it work...then you can always make it work with a set of cock rings or penis binding. It is possible to effectively force an erection.

Maybe you'll get lucky and it'll shrink enough to where you can't even see it.

If you ever did a girl while presenting as a boy...same thing. Just smells worse and I could do it for like hours.  The anal cavity is much tighter than a vagina...and anal sex is an art in itself. It's the slow stimulation of the prostate.

One point to make please... I had a room neighbour and she was on the small side. Now I was quoted by Dr. Sanguan to have more then enough and I started with 5 ½" depth which diminished pretty quickly to just under 5" at present.

My room neighbour was told if she does not have added skin grafts taken from inner thighs and or tummy she will be a shortish, 4".
By now, all things being equal I guess she also will have shrunk, and I'd guess to 3 ½" ! 
So - yes, there are options if you are on the small side, and also DO NOT FORGET CIRCUMCITION if that's your case!

In the end if all fails some girls decide to have secondary (after inversion) colovaginoplasty, often after 1 ½ years.
It is a pretty much more invasive op then inversion, as your tummy needs to opened to gain accessed from the inside to your sigmoid colon, leaving a long scar of about 30 odd cm.

Mahsha may like the brown, but I think I like the pink more. I'm...not small, and I have a daughter. She got here somehow, right? Topping became an issue because my ex only saw me as a man. And to be fair, I was in extreme denial for awhile. So, I didn't have that much of an issue for awhile. I've found that being the top is fine, but only if my partner treats me like a woman. Then, it's like using a strap-on.

And just to clarify, I do want GRS. Maybe no GRS in it's current form, but I don't enjoy the body I was born in, plain and simple. I'm just going to make the  best with what works and what I have for the time being.

Well I was primarily a top, but my ex and I were both versatile.. Nothing beats giving someone else what they've just given you.

Something that has been really troubling me is my circumcision. Apparently, there are a whole bunch of nerve endings (Like those would be present in genitals amirite?) that get severed when you get snipped. That's a whole different issue from my lack of donor material.

I've been considering 'restoring' my foreskin so that those docs can have a little more to work with. I mean, you can always feed the scraps to the dogs right?

Are there any girls here who know about the results of srs, having been circumcised beforehand?

i've heard through the grapevine that it doesn't make too much of a difference, but having foreskin would be the ideal. my "circumcision" was basically done incorectly. it works in my favor though. basically i only have half a foreskin which is loose and stretchy enough that i tuck the head inside, and i don't have to even feel the penis. really, the surgeons will be able to make it work both ways.

Damn hormones. I was gonna move to LA and name myself "Eva Schlongloria"...

So much for that dream.

Don't feel disappointed if you never get to partake in this particular fruit. In my experience, being on the bottom is much more satisfying (In mental and physical terms.)

i still can ejaculate, but now it's only about one tablespoon at best. it's a little white and stringy, but the rest is just clear water. i'm wondering if i stopped pumping it everyday like i've been doing, it would just stop. kind of the same concept as breast milk. i've heard of female ejaculation so it could also be just one of those things you can do or not do.

it really doesn't matter too much. that was just one of those "i'm more transsexual than you'll ever be" statements. it's garbage, and i find it really offensive that some people actually have the tenacity to judge me or someone else in the same manner.

I went back and looked over the thread, the post I thought was missing (re)appeared. I guess I must have been reading without my glasses or something haha.

Yes the testicles will shrink.
How much is a YMMV situation.

Even if they shrink allot that is no gaurenty that tucking and taping will be easier.
I don't even have them and I still can't tuck....

Oh dear, sighs I had hoped the smaller the testicles the easier to "pop" them up. I really do not like them all that much and they always get in the way when dressing. At least for me. I guess if my penis gets any smaller it may become a negative length and taping then becomes a real issue.
