I make it with the Hersheys powder that you have to add the sugar to, and a pinch of salt. Then I add a big spoonful of Fluff on top! I saw drinking chocolate on a cooking show, that looks really, really good!

The closest I come to hot chocolate is a Mexican Mocha :) (Grate desired amount of spiced Mexican chocolate, add favorite coffee)

I make it with Ghirardelli hot chocolate mix. It was the only vegan premade I could find (I'm not vegan, but close enough that anything else causes stomachaches and guilt), and it's good stuff to boot. If I'm flush I use soymilk, and if I'm scraping I use water.
If I don't have fancy stuff I use Saco (natural and dutch alkali processed) cocoa and sugar. Or whatever. Chocolate is a good thing.

Hot cocoa is much better with 4% milk, but I usually only have powdered non-fat milk on hand.
I mix powdered sugar, powdered milk, cocoa together, add a bit of cold water, mix, then top with boiling.

I use a mint-flavored powder mix with boiled water, then I add mini marshmallows and whipped cream. Delicious.

I add whipped cream, and often Powder douce:

Also cinammon - there can hardly be enough cinnamon
