I heard that it has like no/negligible effect on T levels but then heard it does etc
i was just wondering if any of you lot knew

it shouldn't. all i know is, stress and anxiety affects testosterone. the hormone cortisol which is a stress hormone basically counteracts the affects of testosterone. it might sound like a positive for one who isn't on hrt, but obviously stress and anxiety are complications of their own. the body has a pretty complicated mechanism with hormones. btw, i got the information from the show "the drs." it's a credible source.
