Since I have been on HRT I have found I really do not have to tuck much in anymore. Some of this might be high blood pressure too. I do have ED, but can still have orgasms. My unit has shrunk so much it is hard to find. Can't stand up an pee anymore or it will be all over me. I think if a man was to accidentialy touch me down there he would not be able to tell right away. Now I am talking just a touch, not playing around. Is this normal for the most of you??

From what I've heard it is for some people.  I seem to be an odd one in that I've been on HRT for over a year and mine has not shrunk one bit. :(

It is realy as if it has inverted. A good thing for me I think. It has made me feel much more like a woman. I almost feel as if nature is reversing it self. I know that is not possibe. Would be cool if it would.

For 2 years now. I have actually grown some nice boobs now as well. I am a C cup. I really want to get to a D. For my frame a D would be nice. Might have to have to surgery to accomplish it though. I am still trying everything in the book to  get there. Don't know if I should tell or not but I will, since there are great people on this site. I have even put a milking machine on my boobs. They haven't grown any, but the nipples sure have. You kind of get those naughty girl nipples. I love it!!

I'd like to get to a C, but who knows if that will happen naturally or not.  It seems to have the biggest selection of bras is my main reasoning.  Right now I have B-cups and I'm not unhappy with that as it's big enough to pass as female without a shirt on.  If I don't get any bigger, breast surgery is still something I'm still toying with as I have heard a large percentage of women lose any sensitivity in their breasts if they do so and I may just stick with what I can get naturally for that very reason.

In regards to it not shrinking at all, I'm ok with that, because it means more material for SRS.

yes and no.  it isn't about sex most of the time; it's more [like getting to be yourself] finally.

Never had to never do, I did it once but it's just not worth the hassle unless I'm around someone who likes staring at my crotch for long periods of time. guys have brushed against that area and not noticed a thing though.

Definitely have to tuck. It just feels gross hanging out. EEeeeeewwwww.
Disadvantage to tucking is the number of times it's gotten pinched and I leave blood spots in my panties. My bf freaks when he sees that. He's kinda squeamish. I just tell him it's no big deal. 27 months and counting and I'll finally get it fixed.

Yeah its shrunk.... Im not going to give any measurements though... Just to say that 20% loss isnt enough to make much if any real diffrence......  I HAVE to tuck every day all the time period no ands ifs and buts... Stephi Gaff is good enough for most situations but if I need it to be close to perfect out comes the medical tape  *Eeeeeew*   atleast I know I wont be at a loss for raw materials for the final product...

I have been on HRT just over 5 years, I didn't have much to start with but what I had did shrink more in the past 2 years or so. Haven't really noticed any shrinkage post orchi but theres always hope :)

I hope mine does not shrink during the course of the next year as I should have ample material if that's the case. :)

OK, not to sound totally naive here, but... what happens if you don't tuck? You mean like it's obvious that there's something *down there* when wearing jeans and stuff?

Well think about it like this, when you look at a cute guy wearing say some tight jeans, what is something you might notice? the same would be true if a girls like us didn't tuck. My package is so small even so if I don't tuck and I wear shorts or a tight skirt there is an obvious something there look.

Wellll, actually it does sound kind of naive. ;)  If you don't tuck, unless you're very small, something is going to show. I tuck all the time. Like some others, I didn't lose any size when I went on HRT. Not tucking would be obvious and just feels gross to me. On the other hand, I don't generally look at other women's crotches to see what they're hiding. I'm  not into girls anyway. :)

I look at other girls crotches, but then I am into girls also so.  But yeah, not tucking would make things obvious.

i don't wear [tight] jeans or anything like that.  i usually dress in long skirts or slacks and [nothing] shows.  as i said, i usually wear tight panties and avoid tucking.

Heh, with a little planning I can get away with wearing tight jeans and not have anything show.  I do like wearing skirts as well, but  sometimes I like wearing jeans if I want to relax.  Perhaps I should get some slacks.

I never thought I'd EVER talk about the size of my "package" - EVER!!! As a I guy I've always felt extremely inadequate in that area. I don't dress, just dream. But I am certain I would not have any issues hiding it.

Let's see if I can be delicate on this subject.  In high school a guy kicked me so hard that he bruised my thighs.  That was the extent of the damage.

I do not see shrinkage after two years.  In fact the lower part of it looks like it is overheated instead of smaller.

On the other hand normal function is totally hampered at two years. (Depression can also cause some of these same side effects.)  Do you have to give up ever having an O again for MTF?

I like girls and I never remember focusing my eyes on their crotches.

Yes I agree, its nice to have other people raise these issues and we can all feel more comfortable sharing.  When I first came here I had an embarrassing question that I just had to have answered. I guess my need to know outweighed my need to be accepted here. Turns out I received my answer AND, it seems anyway, that I'm still accepted here. Wow!!!

Don't give up on the big O. That is exactly what my early post dealt with.

The way I understand it, most continue to have orgasms they're just different. I know it takes a lot more foreplay for me. Something my boyfriend is taking his time learning.  :icon_neutral:

I had noted a 20% reduction, 13 months into HRT.

But it was 'asymmetric' in that the cavernosal tissue atrophied more on the lower portion, resulting in a curvature upon erection. This proved to be actually painful.

10 months, no reduction that I can see,
but I do still use it as that super-duper-extra-large clit regularly so maybe it keeps it perky ;-).

Not tucking, forget about it, lets say I won't be running out of tubing, when its needed ;-).

Even worse, when I tuck, its like there's a spring in there and it absolutely wants to go back in front to tease the crowds ;-). I am now using extra tight small panties with plenty of lycra and somehow it finds it way out of the dark cave ;-) (but it now can take a few hours).

The worse thing ever was one day, I was with a bunch of girls (girls night out in an english type pub) who know nothing at all about my past and for some reason, the panties I had lost all elasticity after I left the house and I had a tights skirt on... Oh that was a long night!!! I had to keep my legs tightly together all night like I had something stuck up my butt, so "the thing" would not swing forward. I had to go at least 5-6 times to the bathroom to adjust the slippery snake; they must of thought I had a bladder condition!

The worst thing about tucking is when it chafes and bleeds. It's ok til you have to use the rest room then it's not comfortable again until it's healed.   :icon_eek:

Yeah, the control top capris by Leggs work for me. I don't have enough to actually tuck though.

That is me, and I have decided that what ever size I am naturaly is the size I will live with. I laugh myself at some of the crazy stuff I have tried. Just like in Vegas!! What happens on the ranch stays on the ranch. Except for you guys. Now you all know what a crazy mixed up girl I am.
