Title: Does anyone here have experience with pellet HRT ?

Hello.
In my research, I seem to be leaning towards this type of HRT due to my age (just turned 41). I would love to hear of your experiences, pros and cons. Also how long you've been on that type of HRT and how quick were the changes in your body?
I've spoken to Dr. John O'Dea in Los Angeles and am very encouraged about the possibilities. I hope to begin with him in January of 2012.

Those are small implants, right? I don't have any experience nor do I remind precise elements, but some reason must have led me to believe it was a really bad idea.

I'm really interested in the pellet thingy too.
I'm sick and tired of having to wake up early every morning to take my pills lol.

Ask your endo to put you on injections then. I only have to inject twice a month or once every 2 weeks. ;D
& about the pellets i heard they've been banned in some countries and alot of the manufactures stopped making them.

One of the reasons for me trying this type of therapy is because I want to keep my liver function good and the effects can be tailored to my individual needs.

Transdermal HRT is your friend.

I'm looking for a Dr. in the LA area. I assume you're in the general LA area. Is there another Dr in LA that has the same type of therapy? Would you care to share that with me?
From my research his results are very good. I'm not necessarily looking for the cheapest, but rather a Dr that I will feel comfortable with too.
