So, I dont know if this is in the right category, but seeing as im not transitioning "fully" i didnt know where else to put it.
So at college, we have to wear uniforms, the girls wear uniforms and the boys wear shirts and trousers, I started wearing the girls uniform but felt very uncomfortable with the way it accentuated my hips and breasts, so I asked my tutor if i would wear the boys uniform, which she accepted and was very understanding.
But my other tutor said today that she isnt 100% ok with it, she only accepts it because my main tutor has said ok, she even said "my son is, that way too but i make him wear what he has to" I think she thinks i want to wear the boys uniform because im gay, Im not, i just do not feel comfortable in females clothes. Its just really dragged me down about my whole gender dysphoria.
So please cheer me up you lovely people, and if youve ever encountered a similar experience please tell me how you dealt with it :)

Welcome, MNDM - is it ok to call you that? - MyNameDoesntMatter is a bit of a mouthful. I'm so glad I passed the age of finishing school before I accepted my gender diversity - and my need to not wear male clothes, now when I'm forced to conform it is truly painful.

Can you still wear the boys uniform even though she's not 100% okay with it ? No one ever is going to be 100% okay with things because thats just how people are. So its a win if she doesn't make you wear girls clothes. I'm not really into fashion, not saying I don't like to look nice but being comfortable is more important and once you are out of school its way easier to dress how you like.

Approach your headmaster about this. They should be cool with it. I knew a transgirl who fought for the right to wear a girl's uniform and she eventually won her decision. And to wear a skirt is a lot harder to ask for than to wear a pair of slacks.
Tell your headmaster (Principal) about your desire to wear slacks. See what happens.

She doesn't understand that you are not wearing girls uniform because you are not comfortable with the gender assignment. She thinks its a gay thing. Which it is not. So let her think that it is a gay thing. It is the wrong thing anyways. Whatever. If she has a problem with it she can talk to your main tutor about it. It isn't your problem.
Let her think what she wants.
