Browlift, scalp advancement, browbone contouring, eyelid, rhinoplasty, cheek implants, full facelift, chin bone, trachea shave, and jaw bone reduction.
32K.
But, I don't really want that much FFS; In fact, as I start to see some physical changes with HRT, the less I want FFS!
I definitely want BA and GRS... But that's for another topic ;)

I have been studying the faces of genetic women for the last two years and I can say that in my opinion some of the most stuning women have at least one or two stereotypical male features. I personaly don't have the need for a great deal of surgery and would be happy with rhinoplasty and trachea shave. It is deffinatley a hard decision to make.

FWIW, I had consults with Drs. Ousterhout and Spiegel. Ousterhout suggested I get a trach shave, Spiegel suggested cheek implants, and both of them thought I should get a lip lift. I said no to all three, but asked for a some neck lipo, which hadn't occurred to either of them.
Bottom line: You're the best judge of what you need to be happy. If you think a feature - especially a soft tissue feature like your cheeks - is likely to change a lot on hrt, you can always put it aside for a while and reconsider it a few years down the line.

Tina,
With your face, I wouldn't do a thing! You are right to wait. Your face will change some during transition. Unless you have extremely male features, I'd definitely wait.
Chin up!

Didn't he quote several options where you can remove X or Y for a reduced total?
I have to have a scalp adjustment, but I was losing hair in high school. Since I'm already having that work done I'm getting most of the rest done too, but if I had your hair I'd probably wait too. You do already have a nice facial structure. Maybe if you are happy with your hairline it is worth waiting to see what HRT does for the rest.
I'm a bit jealous that you are just a touch older than me, but have better hair :P
Good luck!

Just do what YOU feel you need/want.
