I am feeling that massaging my breasts is enlarging them somewhat. Maybe it is all in my mind? Is there a way to enhance nipples? does massaging the aereola help? I would like to make them larger.

Well, I haven't tried this method, nor do I necessarily recommend it, but here's a very interesting link to a page on a method one T-lady used for what you're talking about, I think.

I have used massage and even a breast pump for some results. Another good way to give yourself a little extra in that area is to wear a very good-fitting underwire bra with a wide elastic band and wet the band with warm water before putting it on. Every now and then gently pull the skin forward into the breast area. Lotion on your skin helps with the traction, too. I've never disciplined myself to do this stuff for the long term, but I have gained as much as a cup size this way.

Here's another Susan's thread where we discussed this subject. I don't believe you  can get much results from things like herbs and foods, though. There's a huge bogus pill industry built around breast enlargement and legit experts universally reject their validity.

Lyric, Thanks for the link. Very interesting but looks like it would be a lot of work and painful. The nipple enhancement portion might be a more feasible possibility. Thanks again for the help.

From the description (and the warnings) giving at the site, I think the dangers highly outweigh any gains that "might" happen.

Susan's Place does not in any way support this method.

As I said, I haven't done that and don't necessarily recommend it. Certainly anything you do regarding suction or stretching could do harm if you do too much in too short a time. I'm not sure why you removed my link to the other Susan's thread on this subject, though. Perhaps I need to read up on the rules regarding internal links here. I suppose I'll have to just suggest doing a Google site search of breast-related topics, then.

I have just recently started using a snake bite kit I purchased from Walmart. The kit is under $5.00 and includes two large suction cups and one small one. I can see some difference already but I am going slow about this and you do need to use a lubricant or hand cream works also. I see my areolas are getting larger along with the nipples. Good luck with what ever you decide to do.

Part of my massage routine is massaging the areoles and nipples. The size has changed since I started. When they aren't cold, they are close to the size of a half dollar coin now, where before there were smaller than a quarter.

OK, so if I was to go the snake bite kit route and went to WalMart after the Xmas rush where would i find this kit? Sporting goods or medical supplies?

Yes, the sporting goods area in the fishing and camping area. There are 2 large yellow suction cups and one small yellow suction cup, which you may as well pitch. The small one is inside one of the large ones and is hard to get out but just keep working it out.

If snake bite kits aren't  your thing, there's an interesting device called the Avent Niplette designed for bringing out inverted nipples that probably would work better. It costs around $40, though. If you Google it, you'll even find a YouTube video demonstrating it. I'm thinking I want one. If I get it, I'll come back with a review.

Thank You, Lyric. That is something I'll have to look into as well. But now now I have become infatuated with my breasts and nipples. Shaving the chest and tummy was a definite benefit. Loving my cleavage and the new look! How do women put up with these things! LOL
