Title: Downstairs issues
Post by: Wesley_33 on December 18, 2011, 07:46:51 PM
I am going to talk to my doc at next appt. Just wondered if other had same issues.

For last 3 weeks I've felt like I've been kicked downstairs. To add to that I have sprung a leak. Id rather hide a booner than have wet pants. I never used to get cramps or a regular P which I was happy for. Now on T I've got such bad cramps my back injuries are hurting. Also the smell of it is making me sick.

I know its just been a month and everything takes time to change. The pain part I can't. To me now pain equals bad mental things I've been working on. Lots of PTSD connecting to physical pain.

Looking for others that made it threw this stage how long it took what helped please.

I never had cramping but it took quite a while for me to stop having bleeding. I talked to my doctor after I started bleeding every 2 weeks and we adjusted my dose. Everything has been fine since then. Many people say that they have experienced cramping and other issues. If you are concerned I would talk to your doctor.
Pre-T I had severe, crippling cramping at times. As far as pain management I found that a mix of ibuprofen and acetaminophen (2 ibuprofen[400mg] 1 acetaminophen[500mg])helped in conjunction with the application of heat.
