Just out of curiosity, which of the major surgeons seems to give consistent aesthetically pleasing results?
Everyone talks of depth and sensation, but I am more interested in the appearance rather than either of the other two.
Not to suggest that depth and sensation don't matter, they do, but they're not my primary focus of GCS results.

The one I like the most is Mr Bellringer in London. His aesthetics and sensations are always first class. Usually he gets between 4"- 5" depth. He is also a fantastic man. Great bedside manner. Also Dr Reed in Miami delivers very good aesthetics.

I had mine done by Bellringer, and I completely agree - and I got 4.5" depth despite circumcision and having just a 1" appendage prior (although it was 5" erect). I feel quite smug as mine seems to look rather nicer and tidier than many pictures of vaginas I have seen online.

Thanks for the replies and suggestions.  I'll check him out.

I had my surgery with Dr Suporn in Dec, 2010.  I am very happy with my results.  There were
pictures posted recently of surgery done by Dr Bellringer.  I was really impressed by those pictures.

Had my SRS on 20.Sept 2011 with Dr. Sanguan in Phuket.
Just yesterday had my vj on 'display' to an interested male nurse (gay). He was VERY surprised at the results and that only after 4 month and no revision needed.
Looks like some 13 year old... since I'm having 'full bikini' wax and ALL is on display.

Also had my beautician comment how normal, actually good, it looks. GGs at my age have usually their labia minora protruding quite a bit - too lots protruding in fact!
In my case results are porn-movie perfect with scars practically not visible. I had to point them out during my "audience".

I have heard very good reports about this doctor. How much depth did you get and what kind of technique is he using?

Got about 5" depth, measured on the side of vj.
4 1/2" - 5 1/2" is what he promises pretty standard, unless there's too little to work with, when he leaves it to you to choose additional skin graft (from inner thigh) or be fine with less depth, say 4 - 4 1/2".

He uses his own version of penile-scrotal inversion, during a 2 1/2 step operation over a 2 week period. You in hospital proper for the whole 2 weeks and all is included in the cost. Best hospital ever I been in.

1st op is the main op that takes 7 - 8 hours sometimes up to 9hrs!
2nd op is replacement of packing after 3 - 4 days, it only takes about 20min
3rd op he fits 'wall-papering' (the saved and cleaned up scrotal skin) into the vj channel. That takes around 2 1/2 hours.
It was the only op I was VERY sore when I came to, from the clit/urethra area (re-cathetering I think had caused it) , not at all from the vj though.
My next room neighbour, had no pain at all after it. So one can never tell really.
I was OK after about 1/2 day, only had 2 or 3 morphine shots and then just pills after that.
