The transgender widow of a Wharton firefighter who is battling her dead husband's family over the legitimacy of the couple's marriage will spend the next 13 days behind bars.
Nikki Araguz pleaded guilty to felony theft.
She admitted she stole a Rolex watch from a woman at a bar.

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- The transgender widow of a fallen Wharton firefighter is expected to spend some time behind bars.
Nikki Araguz will be in court on Friday where she's expected to plead guilty to felony theft. She's accused of stealing a Rolex watch from a woman at a bar earlier this year.
