Title: Opinions on ffs surgeons especially trachea shave

So I've sent my pics to Dr. spiegel and he doesn't think I should get any surgery.
BLEGH...
I want my jaw done which is alot like elle's the girl who went to dr spiegel.
My face is round with a slide width to my jaw
I also have a slight Adams apple but u can only see it if I bend my head backwards.
I'm wondering the best ffs surgeon who can improve your look and not make you a new person.
And someone who does a trachea shave and leaves practically no scar.
Also does anyone know if you can get a brow lift after bosley?
