Does having muscles in your breast area reduces the possibility of getting breast growth on hrt. I seen cis gender women who got into body building who breast start to reduce in size because of the muscle in the chest burning the fat. Although cis gender men breast grows because they have no fat in the chest and all of that is all muscles. I can of regret working out my pecs a few years ago and hope this won't effect me in the long run. Does anyone know if this is true? Or will i need breast augmentation?

Overall, I'd say no. I also lifted heavily when I was younger... and still continue to lift today (albeit much lighter weights, and more reps)... and after 1.5 years of HRT I'm a full 36 B. So as with all things, YMMV... but I think if anything lifting (especially bench press, cable cross-overs and chest flies) have given my chest more definition than anything.

No, they just lowered their bodyfat. They did not lose breast tissue, and if they raised their bodyfat they would look like before. Bodyfat gets burned from the whole body in a consistent pattern, it can't just come off of one area alone. I don't think there's any reason to believe pecs would have any effect on breast growth, but they might make them look smaller by comparison ::)
