Okay, I was just on Tumblr and i saw a pic of a guy that said he was natural transitioning but he had SIDE BURNS. i was under the impression that the only way to get facial hair was to go on T. so, was this guy lying or does that actually work? ??? ??? ???

That person probably has high T levels to start with...or hairy ancestry. I had a lot of negative side effects from "natural transition." It wasn't right for me. Plus, the guy who created it took hormones before NT then stopped, had high T levels before that, and is on T now while not really publicizing it.

I thought 'natural transitioning' was just taking supplements and vitamins.

Frankly, I've never understood why it's called "natural" transition. Supplements don't strike me as any more "natural" than injected T.
There was a guy on YouTube who claimed to be doing natural transition (there's really no way to tell, is there?) and who made a video series. His voice seemed to be lowering noticeably. I only watched a few videos, so I don't know how it turned out.
Who's the guy who came up with this method, Nygeel?

-creeps in-
I've been NTing a couple months now without much of anything on the exercise/diet front, and I've had pretty good results, personally. I'd say it's worth looking into.

I have mixed feelings about NTing. It is not for everyone in my opinion.
If you want to do it because your just anxious for T, then it's not for you simply because you will more than likely be disappointed with the lack of changes. That's my experience at least. I researched other people's experiences with it before starting and basically got my hopes too high by ignoring the negative testimonials and only focusing on the handful of people who got awesome results like facial hair and voice dropping. That's not to say I got nothing out of it though . . my voice did drop some, but I was doing vocal exercises during the time as well. I was too impatient though and had my hopes set too high thinking I was gonna get full blown testosterone effects and ended up stopping NTing all together. I also don't think taking so many supplements is healthy for your body(liver specifically), especially ones meant for biological guys like DHEA.
On the other hand, if you're NTing with no intention of ever starting testosterone treatment and you're really going to be committed to it, do your research, and possibly change your entire life style then go for it. If you're going to be dedicated and patient then I don't see why it's not for you.
Again this is my opinion.

Yeah, he might just be naturally hairy. I have basically full facial hair pre-t, so he might have started like that. It doesn't seem like many people grow a whole lot of hair through natural transition.

A lot of the supplements in the "natural transition" have known side effects.
If you really want to get down to accurate terminology there isn't such a thing as "natural transition". You're taking your otherwise natural body and delicate hormone balance and altering it to an unnatural state to cause physical changes that you otherwise couldn't achieve.
And I'm all about natural health. My views on it, and my reactions from my foray into taking hormones (of any sort, not just T) just helped to solidify my own personal belief on what is natural and what is not.
That one dude ... Tristen I think ... is no where near "natural". I looked into his story initially and when I saw his supplement list that's all it really took for me. But then I had found he had taken hormones, he'd also had chest surgery, and from what others have said is now back on hormones again.
Altering your "natural" levels of hormones effects everyone individually ... whether you're trying to take OTC supplements or actual chemical T.
I can attest to the fact that moderate exercise can of course help to "sculpt" your body differently. Certain exercise like weight lifting can help to boost your natural T level, even if you are female-bodied. But it's not going to make you grown a mustache.
