Title: If you are on HRT and feel horny, does your testosterone level increase?

I am on 2 months of estrogen and I still think about sex A LOT and fantasize about being a woman in various sexual situations and it Drives me Crazy... my sex drive seems to have gone down a lil bit but i still feel it getting hard down there... and i hate that... Whenever i go to sleep i get horny too... like when im on my couch and lying down i will instantly imagine a man on top of me and that really gets me thinking.... and i hate the way it feels because i can feel my body getting horny...

I am on 100mg of spiro and 2 mg of estrogen morning and night, so when it this going to stop or will it not stop... and does my testosterone levels increase even tho im suppressing them because im so horny?  help!!!  :icon_redface:

You can't post dosages.

I've been on HRT for 6 years and I feel horny all the time yet my estrogen level is well above female range according to my last lab results. I'm on Estradiol and Spiro.

I've been on it for over a year and I still get and I still get erections unfortunately... but they have significantly lessened.  They don't come for absolutely no reason and don't occur in the morning like they used to, just when I'm with my boyfriend mostly...

You'll actually be extra horny and will probably do a lot of auto-erotica, it's ok and it's quite normal. I've been on HRT since 1996 and it went on and on, I had an orchiectomy about ten years ago and it finally quit. But then I talked to Dr. Marcie Bowers who said that you want to keep it working and functional right up to SRS because if you don't then the head of the penis will lose a lot of sensation. This is the little thing that the SRS surgeon will use to create your clitoris with. She went on to say that a genetic female's clitoris is ten times as sensate as the head of a man's penis. So, if you're planning on SRS at any time in the future, plan on some occasional masturbation just to keep the electronic pathways functional, because the SRS surgeon has to micro-surgically reconnect the severed nerves and you want the very best outcome after going through all of this stuff. I went back to getting injectable bio-identical testosterone pellets in one side of my butt every six months just to keep it functional though I'm still on female HRT for the most part. The massage therapist I go to was working over my gluteus maximus and and said, "You have a lump here!" I said, "Yes it's my package, most guys have them in front, I wear mine on my ass!"  ;D Given that I'm married my spouse and I are enjoying that, because it was a dead, little noodle for a long time prior. I haven't decided if I will ever dod SRS, but I want to keep that option open.

For what its worth to the op, T levels lower as times passes on HRT, it is not a bomb that sets your hormone levels instantly. This is one of the reasons why bloodwork is needed for your threatment.
