Well I haven't formally introduced myself, I'm Attis [obviously], and I heard about the forum a while back and did register, but I had issues with the email getting through, then it finally came. [I think my email server eated it. o_O]. Anyways, I'm not sure if I'm an androgyne or androgynous in some fashion, but I do know I really don't feel masculine nor feminine in a strong sense of these words, even though I don't like being male. So, you'll have to forgive my oddness on this. ^_^ If you have any questions, please ask away.

Welcome to the androgyne section and susan's. I guess there are servers starving around the world, ready to eat any unsuspecting e-mail that comes along. As for what you are, label wise, all that seems to sort itself out as you talk and share experiences. No need to worry about wheither your a definition or not. Everyone here is a person first, with experiences, feelings, and relationships (friendships).
Tell us more about your past and current experiences that brought you here, which is something I enjoy reading about whenever someone new arrives. I feel events and experiences are facinating, whether common, or different then my own.
Welcome again Bridget.
PS Nice, I see you already jumped into a few posts. Nice and social from the get-go.
PPSThough if you the definitions really are on your mind here are some basic ones https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,5863.0.html
And of course the faqs https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,9148.0.html.
PPPSAnd lastly the site's rule are at https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,2.0.html which us moderators always flash to into posts, just to let you know the guidelines.

Well there's quite a bit to explain. I didn't really think of myself as transgendered until I had a relationship with someone who was [or who I thought was, I'm not sure anymore...]. That was about six years ago and since I really just accepted who I was, but just didn't get enough courage to find out more [beyond therapy]. Of all the therapists I've talked to, all seem to think I am a transsexual, but there are a few things I keep away from them like my feelings toward SRS [which I don't like it because I think it's fake for me] and my feelings toward stereotypical behavior [I do walk sorta-womanly only cause I got big hips, but I just walk how I feel], and what not. So I don't know if I'm skewing their diagnosis or I am just something else entirely. Right now I'm not seeing a therapist since I found there are only two in Wichita geared toward TG issues and I haven't the cash to pay their fees. So that means I'm stuck in limbo right now. :(
