So in about 12hours I have my first session with a gender therapist which will hopefully put an end to the who am I and what do I really feel inside. At the moment I just seem so confused and I don't know what to expect.

Good luck Sarah,
Just go in a mind of openness and be prepared to have your thoughts and feelings affirmed and validated.
Don't be surprised if some really exciting new aspects of your idenity are discovered. At least any previous pains, if any, should be quelled.
Keep in touch and let us know how you are feeling.
Be safe, well and happy
Lotsa huggs
Catherine

Yay you! I have my first session with a psychologist who specializes in these issues today at 2. I'm super excited: I know exactly how you feel. I've been looking forward to it almost like xmas :)
