A GAY man has told of his utter shock when his male lover told him he was having a baby.

Jason, 24, was shaken awake by his transgender partner Paul (not his real name) at 7am.
He rubbed his eyes and saw a beaming Paul waving a pregnancy test strip in the air.
His partner declared excitedly: "You're going to be a dad."
Then he told me he was having my baby

I will never understand why someone who identifies as male would be proud of being pregnant, but I'm just thankful they're not me...I guess.

I was thinking the same Jason. But knowing the Sun, it is probable that this woman simply likes presenting a more boyish appearance and has decided to have a baby.
I should say that, I have known a number of women who like to cut their hair short. Disliking pretty frocks and bows is now uncommon either. While I hate to labour the point, women called Paula are not unual either, though the name has apparently been changed.
But if you were one of such a couple, expecting a baby and some journalist type offers you some bucks to feature in that story, would you turn it down?
From their point of view, it isn't hurting anyone.
From the paper's point of view, they get a story which they can sell.
But that's The Sun.
Incidentally, nice touch at the end with the Agony Aunt giving a carefully worded opinion.
