Hey everyone
My name is Sophia, I'm 27 and from the UK
I'm not exactly sure how I'd classify myself, I guess that's what I'm on here (and in therapy!) to discover. I've always had confusion over my gender identity but never really sure where I fit in (a guy that needs to accept his feminine side, or a girl)
I've always suspected that I was transgendered since I was very young but somehow I've let 10 years go by since the birthday when I could actually do something about it, I guess burying my head in the sand was easier than trying to deal with the feelings I've had as long as I can remember - not thinking about things really seems to be my primary coping mechanism :p
Anyone else here from the UK?
- Soph
PS what's with the math requirement to post? :)

Anyhow some rules

Hi Sophia,
A 'tad' late but still warm Aussie welcome to Susan's family. It's good to have you here, there is just so much to learn and good things in life to enjoy.
Hope you stay a while and its long. Look forward to hearing more from you and how you've coped. In the meantime, be safe, well and happy.
Lotsa hugg
Catherine

Hi Sophia, :icon_wave:
Welcome to our little family. Over 6656 strong. That would be one heck of a family reunion.
Feel free to post your successes/failures, Hopes/dreams. Ask questions and seek answers. Give and receive advice.
But remember we are family here, your family now. And it is always nice to have another sister. (https://www.susans.org/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fsmileys.on-my-web.com%2Frepository%2FAnimals%2Fferret-3.gif&hash=f49e2f86761323f2abd9c33941920389dbb3b10f)

Hi Sophia!
Welcome to Susans! I hope you find what you are looking for, and answers to any questions you may have, here. Theres a fairly diverse crowd here, so we're bound to know a thing or two . . . probably . . . erm . . . maybe.
27 is still a young age - you have most of your life ahead of you and are still young enough to life your life as who you are :)
Im originally from High Wycombe but now stay up near Glasgow (definitely not because of the weather!)
Best Wishes,
X
