Title: First doctor visit and baseline

I am going to the doctor in about 6 weeks to get my first HRT prescription. I know they will do a baseline for hormone levels and I have been taking PM and other herbals for about 6 months and a low dose of spiro for over a month now. My therapist knows about the herbs and told me to lay off them for awhile as they could affect the baseline. I have not told her about the Spiro because it is not prescribed but I am wondering how long before getting my blood work should I stop taking it in order to get an accurate baseline hormone level.
