Don't spend a dime. Look up CandiFla on YouTube. She has some great videos on voice. I used the same technique as her and was able to find my female voice for free.

There is a local voice coach in our area at the local university that has taken on trans ladies and has been very successful. I'm setting up an evaluation with him this summer. I too would like to find a simple way to get me female voice.

I agree, CandiFla is very helpful and there are several other free resources.
If you are going to spend money, I would practice for free first. Then once you feel like you are settling on something, seek a coach. A coach, can help make sure what you are doing us safe. You don't want to use a voice that ultimately harms your ability to speak years down the line.

Luckily my voice is quite nice by itself but it does annoy me so much that I'm trying hard to change
