Ginger or Mary Ann? I won't limit your choices. Which castaway(s) would you want to stay shipwrecked with? I would have been showing Mr Howell some leg! Hugs, Devlyn

When I was younger, I would have picked Ginger. She was so glamarous. Now.... I'd go with Marry Ann. She was bubbly, fun, and down right cute. I suppose it boils down to who would make the better friend.

Cindi you said basically what I would.  Mary Ann was so much closer to living in the real world almost like a girl next door type.

Well lets see, I got to choose between the fat skipper, the old man and the obnoxious professor... Compared to them Gilligan looks pretty good :P True tho the professor could make a blender out of a coconut..

Even though I am an avid fan of hot redheads I still would pick Maryanne! Until recently when I realized that Dawn Wells is the exact same age as my mother  :o

my answer never reflected who I wanted, but who i wanted to BE - and that was, slam dunk, Mary Ann

there's was none of the guys i would have been interested in but i'd have definitely cuddled up to the Professor given the options.

Well, if the issue is survival, yeah, the Professor is a great choice.  I mean, who else could make a radio out of coconuts?

Thinking about it I'd have gone straight for the Professor too!  Intelligence is Hot!  Besides he could make a bra out of a coconut as well. :laugh:

Even though i never dated men i don't think of gilligan as a man  or male.. gilligan always seemed to break the gender boundarys and so gilligan would be my pick because he seems non sexual / asexual which is what i am..

Who was "Bunny," you ask?

"Bunny" was the "pre-Mary Ann" in the seldom seen pilot for the show.

Bunny was one of two secretaries (along with Ginger).  The Professor was just a high school teacher.
It was a six-hour tour.
And the theme song was a Latin tune.
