So people from sweden or german,
if your not german/swedish citizen, is it still posible to get your gender marked changed if you live in the country?

I stayed in Stuttgart for a while last year and from what I am aware, you have to be a German citizen.

(the translation is a little bit dodgy for any non-german speakers)

Germany: There's a paragraph saying you can change your name and gender marker if you're a permanent resident and if the country you're from does not have similar regulations. However, changing your name and gender marker takes around 6-12 months and you need reports from two therapists. Total costs are around 1500 Euros.
