They're actually not. How moronically stupid does someone need to be to not see that? But hur hur, it sounds funneh so let's roll with it. ::)
I mean really, like I've said elsewhere, linguistic hijinks can be used for anything.One could also say that the second two syllables are "Natal", which could be seen more as a reference to how she sees herself being born female and taking the steps to correct the physical incongruences associated with that.
Such doodles of the mind are utterly pointless, since the only person who needs to care why she chose her name is Jenna herself.
Honestly, small things amuse small minds. Some people really need a hobby.

I would hope that not everyone subjected to this nonsense has the intellectual capacity of a bemused amoeba, and the whole inane, schoolyard insinuations stop in short order. Most people grew out of this sort of thing when they hit six.

I'm surprised Howard Stearn hasn't been noted for a comment on this yet as he fits in with those others like peas in a pod.
I do know for a fact that at least Leykis will defend gay folk both privately and on the air.
