Title: Binding woes.

So, I'm pretty big. I'm like somewhere in the DDD dept. I usually wear 2 binders. A L and an XL tri-top. This leaves a weird bump towards the top of my chest and then the rest is flat. I recently decided to order from love boat, but it bound like a sports bra. Not what I'm looking for. I'd like to get as flat as possible, but that bump looks so weird and makes sitting/ laying down uncomfortable. I try either wearing the L or XL one at a time and it's ok, but not as flat as both. I don't know when I can get top surgery so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions? Has anyone else had this issue? I'm passing more and more now so I'm happier, but I'm wondering if anyone can help me out. Thanks!

I hate to ask this, Darrin, but is losing weight an option?
It may make your breasts more than a tad smaller and binding may be a lot easier for you.

Yeah. Losing weight is an option. I need to get on that. I haven't gained since starting T, but I haven't lost any either. I just need motivation.

Also, watching your carb, fatty acid, caloric, sodium, and sugar intake is usually quite helpful.
I'm really into nutrition now and it could be partially because I used to have problems with my weight when I was a lot younger.
I was less than ten at the time, but still.

I have a horrible diet. I've tried to lose weight in the past by diet, but I'm not good at it. I tried weight watchers and it sucked. I was hungry all the time and could hardly eat food. What do you do? What would be good cardio without any (or very little) equipment. I can't afford a gym membership.

Do you have local bike path or know of anywhere you can go for a run?
I get most of my cardio in by biking, but that's just a personal preference.
I often think running is kind of boring if I'm not heading someplace and often my body in moving around too much for the travel to have any scenic value.
I also think going nowhere, like on treadmills and bike simulators, are rather boring as well. I wouldn't even think of going to the gym to do the majority of my cardio, but as I said, that's just me.
Remember, anything that gets your heart rate working above normal can be considered light cardio.
I even get some cardio in when I lift weights and do strength training excercises if I'm challenging myself enough.
I don't know if that can apply to you, because you can't afford a gym, so more than likely my first suggestion would be more relevant to you.

You can try daily sevens or if you are a console gamer you can get UFC Personal Trainer. I have that and it's no joke.

You could try sewing the tops of the seams a little tighter or cutting out a small V of fabric from the front and sewing it back together. That might make it lay better across the area.
