Okay, it can be a good thing or a bad thing that happened but the sentance has to end with... If looks could kill

i.e. I ordered a pizza for delivery over the weekend, not only was it over priced, late and gone cold but the delivery driver didn't bring any peppers or Parmesan cheese packets... Then he waited expectantly for a tip so I gave him a dollar to go away... If looks could kill

I'd have asked if he wanted a tip, and if he said yes, replied "be kind to your Mum" and closed the door.

Then there would have been a look!

A rat catchers job is never easy. He had problems, he liked rats.

He was going to get fired.
